TephraOne is an innovative group, born from the strategic alliance between BECOMS and CIPAM, two companies with complementary expertise in the digital transformation of businesses.

 

We are committed to offering advanced technological solutions while prioritizing human, responsible and sustainable management.

Founded in 1993 and 1997 respectively, CIPAM and BECOMS decided to unite to become a European leader in industrial innovation and digital transformation of companies. With 40 employees and a turnover of 6.5 million euros, our goal is to continue growing, aiming for 10 million euros by 2030.

At TephraOne, we support companies in their digital transformation by offering customized solutions adapted to their specific needs. Our expertise covers several areas:

By combining CIPAM’s expertise in traceability and process automation with BECOMS’ know-how in digital development, TephraOne has established itself as a key player in helping companies digitalize their processes, improve their efficiency, and stimulate their growth.

A European Ambition

TephraOne intends to play a major role in Industry 4.0. We aim for strong expansion across Europe, with ambitious projects for companies in all sectors. By becoming larger and better equipped, we plan to develop our sales force to reach more SMEs and mid-sized companies, while strengthening our international presence, which already represents 30% of our activity.

We thus continue our mission: to provide innovative, quality solutions and support our clients at every stage of their digital transformation.

To support this growth ambition, TephraOne has recently strengthened its team by recruiting a commercial director as well as an international and innovation director. These new recruits expand our skills and allow us to respond even more effectively to the growing needs of our clients. In the next five years, the group plans to reach 50 employees, thus consolidating its human resources to support its expansion. Today, TephraOne has four locations: three in France, in Marseille, Lille, and Paris, as well as one in Luxembourg, allowing us to strengthen our presence in the European market and support companies more broadly in their digital transformation.
