In a retail chain like Besson Chaussures, commercial operations are frequent, involving numerous products and fine coordination between headquarters and store teams. Until now, staff relied on paper listings to identify items involved in these operations, which led to errors, lack of responsiveness, and daily time waste.

Faced with these limitations, Besson Chaussures wanted to equip itself with a simple, fast, and autonomous mobile tool, allowing each employee to instantly access commercial information, directly on the sales floor, even without a network connection.

The main objective of the project was therefore clear: to digitalize in-store commercial operations, by providing teams with a modern, intuitive, and reliable tool capable of effectively replacing paper supports.

Becoms thus designed and developed the “Besson Mobilité” application, an Android mobile application equipped with a barcode scanner, a complete offline mode, and an automatic data update system at each startup.

By replacing a manual process with an intuitive and robust mobile solution, Becoms has enabled Besson Chaussures to streamline its commercial operations and improve the in-store experience for both employees and customers.
